Steven has represented us in the buying/selling process a total of six times. We continue to use him over and over because he exceeds our expectations.

He patiently showed me over 40 homes in a week until I found the perfect home. There was no hard sell and he processed everything so that I was signing for the home in less than a month.

Steven Garza was very patient with me in the process of moving from Seattle to Texas. He knew that I couldn't buy a house in Texas until I had sold my home in Seattle. Then COVID hit. He was very diligent in emailing me homes that were listed and met the criteria I was describing to him. I got a feel for the type of houses offered and what I was looking to purchase. Hi there! I'm Steve, and I'm thrilled to share a little bit about myself with you. My name is Steven Garza, and I'm a seasoned real estate professional with a passion for helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams.
I began my journey in the real estate industry back in 2006, right after graduating from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX, with a degree in Criminal Justice. Since then, I've dedicated myself to honing my skills and expertise in the San Antonio residential real estate market.
Over the past 17 years, I've had the privilege of assisting countless clients in accomplishing their real estate goals. Whether it's finding the perfect home for a buyer or securing top dollar for a seller, I'm committed to delivering exceptional service and results.
One of my proudest achievements was selling an impressive 59 homes in a single year, a testament to my dedication and commitment to my clients. Along the way, I've been honored to receive several industry accolades, including the prestigious 3-time Icon Agent Award with EXP Realty, where I currently work.
Outside of my professional life, I find immense joy in being a father to two wonderful kids. Family is incredibly important to me, and I strive to create a balanced and fulfilling life for both myself and my loved ones.
